How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping conformation email with you tracking information, including your tracking link.
I ordered a few different items and now I am getting separate shipping confirmation emails, why is that?
We work with several vendors around the world, meaning not all products are shipped from the same location.
Am I charged for shipping?
No, we offer FREE shipping worldwide on all orders.
How can I pay for my order?
All prices shown are in USD.
You can pay through PayPal or with a Credit Card.
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American express and Discover.
Where are the products coming from?
Are products are from different vendors around the world. We hand pick each vendor and guarantee quality of all the products. If you are unhappy with any of your items please contact us and we will resolve the matter.
How long does delivery take?
- US- Standard shipping is 2-4 weeks (our standard turn around in 15 days)
- Australia & New Zealand- Standard shipping is 2-4 weeks (our standard turn around in 15 days)
- Rest of the world- Standard shipping is 3-6 weeks (our standard turn around in 21 days)

What is your refund policy?
If you haven't received your order or it arrived damaged we guarantee a full refund. If you have any problem with your order we will find the best solution to make sure you are happy. Please review our full refund policy here.
I've just noticed I had a mistake in my shipping address, can I change it?
If you see you have a mistake in the shipping address please contact us at email@example.com ASAP. If your order has already been processed and shipped we will not be able to change it. Of course we will do our best to help you in every situation.
What are the washing instructions?
We recommend washing the cloth on a light cold cycle. It is best if you turn the cloth inside out to avoid the color fading. For items with rhinestones, tassels, knitted, lace and so on we recommend you hand wash in cold water and do not put in the dryer. Please always look at the tag of the cloth to ensure you are washing according to care instructions.
